General Information

Some additional information about the GSO2022:

1. Oral presentations:

You will have 15 minutes to present your work (preferably 10 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for questions). For oral communications the use of english is highly recommended, although not compulsory. The final program, the book of abstracts and the list of participants will be available on the website. Please have your presentation ready on a usb stick before your session. 

2. Flash presentations:

You will have maximum 2 minutes to present your poster. Please have your presentation ready on a usb stick before the first plenary lecture (PL1). 

3. Localisation:

The GSO will be hosted at the Université Toulouse III – Paul Sabatier campus, in the U4 building, in the Amphi Shannon and Room 201, 202 and 203. You can dowload the map of the University Campus from the website. The building location is highlighted in F7 as are the metro stations and the car parks.

4. Due to the current rise of COVID cases, we recommend the participants to wear a mask whenever possible.
